Kelly is back for his second run with the 73s after the past two season with the Smiths Falls Bears of the CJHL. A welcome edition to this years strong offense. Kelly is one of the assistant captains and will bring plenty of experience and leadership to the club. A proven goal scorer and a very fast skater. Kelly is a very exciting player to watch.
